Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd. joined the "Anti-fraud Alliance for Enterprises" on December 19, 2023, after passing the qualification review and completing the membership procedure.
The "Anti-Corruption Alliance for Enterprises" is a non-profit cooperative organization initiated by the Guangdong Association of Enterprise Internal Control, the only internal control association in China, and leading enterprises such as Vanke, Alibaba, Shimao, CIMC, SF Express, Midea, Country Garden, and Fosun. It was founded with the initial intention of "working together to combat corruption and build a better society," adhering to the vision of "a clean China influencing the world." The Alliance is committed to research and standard-setting on new governance systems and anti-corruption capabilities, blacklist sharing (untrustworthy individuals and suppliers), and mutual assistance in anti-corruption resources.
Chengxin Lithium maintains a strict stance against corruption and has established a management framework with the Board Audit Committee leading anti-fraud efforts, supported by the permanent institution of the Audit Department. Company leaders lead by example by signing the "Eight Prohibitions on Integrity Pledge," and employees receive continuous anti-fraud education to enhance awareness and professional conduct. By joining the "Corporate Anti-Fraud Alliance," the company will utilize information sharing and business exchange to strengthen its investigation capabilities and build a comprehensive anti-fraud management system, promoting stable and healthy development.

Chengxin Lithium Launches 2025 Golden Autumn Education Support Activity

On July 28, 2025, ChengTok Indonesia, the overseas subsidiary of Chengxin Lithium, participated in the donation ceremony of the "Charity Holiday: Making Dreams Come True for Orphans" campaign held at the Lambelu Orphanage (Desa Lambelu, Kecamatan Bumi Raya, Kab. Morowali – Sulawesi Tengah). The event was organized by the Sustainable Development Foundation of the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) to bring warmth and care to the children at the orphanage and promote harmonious coexistence between the industrial park and the surrounding communities.

In June 2025, subsidiaries of Chengxin Lithium, including Zhiyuan Lithium, Suining Chengxin, and Chengwei Lithium, launched their Safe Production Month and Environment Day activities. From facilities in Sichuan to overseas project bases, a company-wide safety culture initiative unfolded under the theme "Safety Awareness for All, Emergency Preparedness for Everyone." The month-long campaign featured comprehensive safety inspections and emergency drills, reinforcing Chengxin Lithium’s commitment to safe operations and sustainable development.
