In the golden autumn of September, in order to improve the quality system construction and 6S site management level of the enterprise's production department, Zhiyuan Lithium Quality Management Department organized the team leaders of the production department to conduct a three-day quality management system training.
The training is organized by the system group of the Quality Management Department, and education and training are carried out in a combination of theory and practice. The training content includes five categories: Basic Concepts and Terms of Quality Management System, Record Filling Requirements, Visual Management Requirements, Foreign Body Management Standards and Consequences Caused by Foreign Body, and Basic Knowledge of 6S Management. In order to help the trainees better understand the training content, the lecturer also analyzed a large number of targeted cases while teaching theory, communicated with the trainees and shared work experience. The lecturer was enthusiastic and patient, the trainees were attentive and responded enthusiastically, and the training achieved the expected results.
By training team leaders and transferring the basic knowledge and requirements of the quality management system to front-line employees, we can consolidate the quality foundation and build a solid foundation for development. It will also further build the quality culture of Zhiyuan Lithium Industry and promote the rapid and good development of the enterprise.

Chengxin Lithium Launches 2025 Golden Autumn Education Support Activity

On July 28, 2025, ChengTok Indonesia, the overseas subsidiary of Chengxin Lithium, participated in the donation ceremony of the "Charity Holiday: Making Dreams Come True for Orphans" campaign held at the Lambelu Orphanage (Desa Lambelu, Kecamatan Bumi Raya, Kab. Morowali – Sulawesi Tengah). The event was organized by the Sustainable Development Foundation of the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) to bring warmth and care to the children at the orphanage and promote harmonious coexistence between the industrial park and the surrounding communities.

In June 2025, subsidiaries of Chengxin Lithium, including Zhiyuan Lithium, Suining Chengxin, and Chengwei Lithium, launched their Safe Production Month and Environment Day activities. From facilities in Sichuan to overseas project bases, a company-wide safety culture initiative unfolded under the theme "Safety Awareness for All, Emergency Preparedness for Everyone." The month-long campaign featured comprehensive safety inspections and emergency drills, reinforcing Chengxin Lithium’s commitment to safe operations and sustainable development.
