In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of mechanical injury accidents in the workshop, improve the ability to deal with safety accidents, and ensure timely, reasonable and orderly disposal after the occurrence of mechanical injury accidents, Sichuan Zhiyuan Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. will carry out a three-day on-site disposal drill for mechanical injury accidents from October 21 to 23 in accordance with the 2020 annual plan.
She Yong, deputy director of safety of the production department, led the safety department personnel to organize drills in various workshops. Before the exercise, she Yong preached the exercise, demanding that the basic principles of emergency handling of people-oriented, safety first, unified leadership, hierarchical responsibility, and clear responsibilities should be adhered to, so as to enhance the ability of employees to coordinate with each other, respond quickly, and deal with in a timely manner.
In the lithium hydroxide workshop drill, Xu fan, chief of the safety department, led long wenjun, a full-time safety officer, to personally participate in the drill, deducing the "three violations" phenomenon found in the daily inspection work, explaining the hidden dangers and hazards, and allowing the on-site observation workers to deeply reflect.
After the drill, the safety department patiently and carefully demonstrated the basic essentials of dressing the wound to the on-site staff, so that the staff could operate it in person and use the medical equipment correctly.
This exercise made the workshop leaders and employees more aware of their responsibilities, understood the correct handling methods after an accident, and improved their ability to respond to accidents. In the process of daily work in the future, Zhiyuan Lithium will also pay more attention to "safe production" and keep the word "safety" in mind.
