In order to implement the new regulations of the national traffic control department on "one helmet and one belt" and the instructions of the group leaders on strengthening traffic safety in the enterprise factory area, in June 2020, Zhiyuan Lithium Industry will take various measures to organize safety education and training.
By taking the following measures, Zhiyuan Lithium has achieved full safety and full participation in supervision. The first is to scientifically plan the functions of each channel in the factory area in combination with the site situation and management practice of the enterprise, thus realizing the diversion of people and vehicles, with motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, logistics vehicles and other vehicles entering and leaving the factory area on their own. The second is to release traffic safety knowledge short messages to all employees through the enterprise mobile phone short message platform to publicize the new traffic regulations of "one helmet and one belt; the third is to arrange security personnel to strictly supervise the speed limit of vehicles in the factory area and the correct wearing of safety helmets by employees driving motorcycles and other means of transportation, and strictly prohibit irrelevant motor vehicles from entering the production area.
In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards of speeding and overweight caused by the use of private electric vehicles, Zhiyuan Lithium has ordered a batch of bicycles as work vehicles in the production area, which has solved the work traffic problems such as sample delivery and laboratory sampling in the factory area, and effectively ensured the work efficiency and traffic safety.
The practical implementation of various activities during the Safety Production Month has promoted safety development, improved the safety awareness of all employees, ensured the safety of employees, expanded the coverage and influence of publicity, and created a good safety production atmosphere for Zhiyuan Lithium
