PT. ChengTok Lithium Indonesia
PT. ChengTok Lithium Indonesia is a joint venture established between the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengxin International, and STELLAR INVESTMENT PTE. LTD., with Chengxin International holding 80% of the equity in PT. ChengTok Lithium Indonesia. The project is located in the Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, with a designed annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of lithium compounds, and was completed and put into operation in mid-2024. PT. ChengTok Lithium Indonesia is the company's first lithium compounds production base built overseas and is currently the largest lithium extraction project from ore ever completed outside of China.
Suining Chengxin Technology Co., Ltd.
Suining Chengxin Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, established in December 2022, and located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Sichuan Shehong Economic Development Zone, Chengxin Technology has built an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of lithium compounds, using brine resource to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate or lithium chloride.
Sichuan Chengwei Lithium Co.,Ltd.
Sichuan Chengwei Lithium Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, established in August 2017. It is located in the Lithium High-tech Industrial Park of Shehong Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province, with a planned production capacity of 3,000 tons of metallic lithium per year, of which 500 tons of capacity has already been built. As a producer of new lithium battery materials, it is recognized as one of the key enterprises supported by the local government for development. Chengwei Lithium integrates the R&D, production, and sales of metallic lithium series products. Its main products include lithium ingots, lithium granules (chips), lithium ribbons, and a range of other metallic lithium and lithium alloy products. Ultra-thin and ultra-wide lithium ribbons have achieved mass production and delivery, with customers spanning industries such as lithium batteries, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and metallurgy.
