Pursuit of Innovation and Excellence—Zhiyuan Lithium organized team building to celebrate the International Women’s Day
Spring was in the air, and hundreds of flowers strived for beauty. On the occasion of the 111th anniversary of the International Women’s Day, in order to build a platform for female employees to communicate, improve the happiness of employees’ lives, and enhance corporate cohesion, while the power was cut due to power supply issue , on March 3rd, the labor union of Zhiyuan Lithium organized a team building event themed “pursuit of innovation and excellence” with more than 60 female employees in administrative and research and development department
At 10am on March 3rd, the team building event was kicked off with laughter. He Yong, chairman of the labor union, spoke on behalf of the company: I wish all female workers a happy holiday, and I encourage all female workers to carry forward the spirit of the iron lady of the new era. You are good daughters, , wives, and mothers in family; you are good helpers, employees, leaders and subordinates in company. We call on all of you to base yourselves in family while dedicating yourselves to innovation, and work hard to achieve the 2021 production target. In interactive games, the female workers demonstrated the team spirit of working together and their graceful personal charm, and successfully finished the games such as “passing water in a paper cup“ and ”beautiful swan race“.
Due to epidemic prevention and control considerations, in the next few days, female employees in various departments/workshops l also used their off-duty breaks to organize small-scale team building in the workshops/after-work groups to celebrate the International Women’s Day
This event built a bridge between the labor union and employees, enhanced the mutual understanding of female employees among different functional departments, and promoted friendship. In the future, the company will rely on party committees, labor unions and other party organizations to further strengthen the service for female employees and contribute to the development of the company.
